At yesterday’s event organized by SBC – Slovenian Business Club, we joined other prominent Slovenian employers in discussing the challenges and solutions in rewarding employees. Representing RCM d.o.o., our Executive Director Sandra Erker Haidar shared the company’s unique and forward-thinking approaches to building a motivational culture that goes beyond traditional reward models.

- 60% of employees have been with us for more than 5 years, with 30% staying between 10 and 15 years.
