For RCM, December is not only a time of holidays and increased logistical challenges. It is also a month when we look back with pride and gratitude and celebrate the existence of a company where values are not merely written words, but a way of life.
In December, we celebrated 33 years of RCM. In 1992, Ivan Sušnik began writing a story founded on courage, vision, and perseverance. He pioneered the field of customs brokerage and, together with his wife, gradually built an internationally recognized and trusted company from a small enterprise in the Carinthia region.
Today, RCM is more than just a successful company. It is a community of knowledge, experience, and mutual trust. A company that once again sets records this year—not only financial ones, but those that matter most in the service industry: records in relationships, connectivity, and employee commitment.
Our sincere gratitude goes to all employees, business partners, and external stakeholders who, through their expertise, collaboration, and trust, help shape the RCM story. Together, we demonstrate that sustainable success grows from strong values, mutual respect, and a shared vision for the future.
With optimism, we look ahead—grateful for the journey so far and firmly convinced that a company’s greatest asset is its people.
