We are proud to announce that RCM d.o.o. has once again been selected as a finalist of the prestigious Zlata nit 2025 Best Employer Award in Slovenia. This recognition confirms that at RCM we are building a culture where both the company and its people grow together.

The Zlata nit project is one of the most respected employer studies in Slovenia, measuring the quality of relationships between employees and organizations. This year, 44 companies participated – including RCM, for the twelfth time.

The Zlata nit project is based on an in-depth survey that shows how relationships directly impact satisfaction, engagement and performance.

What’s next?

In February, we will take part in an in-depth interview with the organizers, and in the coming weeks RCM will also be featured in print and online media as part of the Zlata nit project.

The results will be announced in spring.
