Description of the operation and the reasons for the acquisition of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality certificate:

• The implementation of the company strategy with a focus on the quality of comprehensive logistics services offered by RCM d.o.o., which ensures the satisfaction of our clients and the improvement of the relationship with the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.
• The possibility of cooperation with international logistics companies in the field of customs clearance. The ISO 9001: 2015 and the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificates are the basic certificates, which multinational companies require from their subcontractors.
• An increase of the volume of revenue generated on the European market and beyond.
